Models Of Pretty Little Liars

False threats of the Minister

In una quanto meno irrituale nota del MIUR are likely to emerge in the case of disapproval of the bill, supposedly blocks the competitions. A competition to tell the minister would be blocked by the failure to issue a professor of law decrees Moratti and those from scientist to bankruptcy because of the expiry of the regulations on 31 December.

This is absurd. The task of issuing the decrees, the Law of the Moratti reform may set them by Tremonti, it is in fact just the minister Gelmini. What do you mean minister? What if the DDL is not approved will be blocked competitions to punish the university? Tuesday, November 30, 2010 in Rome and in all major Italian cities, the government has imposed on protesters citizens and an unprecedented militarization of public space, now the Minister attempts to silence dissent expressed democratically by students, researchers and casual workers through real threats.

And then what about the alleged blocking of competitions as a researcher? Given that in the case of approval of the bill would be completely removed so you do not understand why anyone should fear their block, remind you that the deadline of 31 December 2010 refers only to rules of composition of committees and that the second most common interpretation this would simply return to the previous rules. But even if it is legally established the idea of \u200b\u200ba block, for which reason the term deadline will not be delayed through the traditional milleproroghe year-end, as it did in 2009? What is it? Another threat?

Know, the minister Gelmini, these will not be intimidated, nor the continued violations of the most basic principles of democracy to stop our mobilization still, peaceful and determined against a DDL that draws a precarious future for ourselves and for generations future and finally remove the democracy in the universities and the right to study in this country. In a university which employs about 60,000 temporary workers come to retirement and from which nearly 2000 teachers a year, the deletion of a few tens of fixed-term contracts DDL is allowed each year by the economic measures of July is not a threat that can stop our protest.
